ARTICLE 1 — ORGANISATEUR

Le concours « Un vol en hydravion avec Airborne Solutions » (le « Concours ») est organisé par Airborne Solutions LLC (l'« Organisateur »), société immatriculée dans l'État du Delaware (États-Unis), EIN 35-2836682.

Le prix est fourni par QUÉBEC AÉRONATURE (le « Fournisseur »), dont le siège social est situé au 59, rue Clifton, Otterburn Park (Québec) J3H 1W5, Canada, et dont la base d'opération est l'Aérodrome de Saint-Mathias, 600, chemin des Patriotes, Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu (Québec) J3L 6A2, Canada.

Le Fournisseur n'est pas coorganisateur du Concours. Sa seule obligation consiste à fournir la prestation de vol décrite à l'article 5, sous réserve des conditions prévues à l'article 6.

ARTICLE 2 — DURÉE DU CONCOURS

Le Concours débute le 9 août 2026 à 00 h 01 (heure de l'Est) et se termine le 25 août 2026 à 23 h 59 (heure de l'Est) (la « Période du Concours »).

Toute participation enregistrée en dehors de la Période du Concours sera automatiquement rejetée. L'horodatage des serveurs d'Instagram fait foi.

ARTICLE 3 — ADMISSIBILITÉ

Le Concours s'adresse à toute personne physique résidant légalement au Canada, âgée de dix-huit (18) ans ou plus au moment de sa participation, et titulaire d'un compte Instagram actif et conforme aux conditions d'utilisation de la plateforme.

Sont exclus du Concours les dirigeants, employés, mandataires, représentants et sous-traitants de l'Organisateur et du Fournisseur, ainsi que les membres de leur famille immédiate (père, mère, frère, sœur, enfant, conjoint) et toute personne domiciliée à la même adresse.

Le gagnant ainsi que ses accompagnateurs doivent être en mesure de se présenter par leurs propres moyens à la base d'opération du Fournisseur à Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu. Aucun frais de déplacement, d'hébergement ou de restauration n'est pris en charge.

ARTICLE 4 — MODALITÉS DE PARTICIPATION

La participation au Concours est gratuite et sans obligation d'achat.

Pour participer, le participant doit, pendant la Période du Concours :

a) s'abonner aux comptes Instagram @airborne__solutions ;

b) publier un commentaire sous la publication officielle du Concours en y identifiant (« taguant ») au moins une autre personne au moyen de son identifiant Instagram.

Une seule participation est retenue par personne, quel que soit le nombre de commentaires publiés. Les commentaires multiples n'augmentent pas les chances de gain.

Le partage de la publication en story Instagram, avec identification du compte @airborne__solutions, confère une (1) participation additionnelle. Cette participation additionnelle n'est comptabilisée que si l'identification est effectivement reçue par l'Organisateur, ce qui suppose que le compte du participant soit public ou que l'identification soit visible par l'Organisateur. Ce mode de participation est facultatif.

Sont automatiquement écartés : les commentaires identifiant des comptes manifestement inexistants, inactifs, automatisés ou créés aux fins du Concours ; les participations effectuées au moyen de comptes multiples détenus par une même personne ; ainsi que toute participation obtenue par un procédé automatisé ou frauduleux.

ARTICLE 5 — PRIX

Un (1) seul prix est attribué, consistant en une (1) heure de vol en hydravion pour trois (3) personnes au total (le gagnant et deux accompagnateurs), offerte par QUÉBEC AÉRONATURE au départ de sa base d'opération de Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu (Québec).

La valeur approximative de détail du prix est de cinq cent cinquante dollars canadiens (550 $ CAD), hors taxes applicables.

Le prix est attribué tel quel, sans garantie d'aucune sorte. Il est incessible, non échangeable, non monnayable et ne peut faire l'objet d'aucune contrepartie en argent ou en nature, en tout ou en partie.

ARTICLE 6 — CONDITIONS D'EXERCICE DU PRIX

Le vol est soumis en tout temps à la disponibilité du Fournisseur, à ses conditions d'exploitation et aux conditions météorologiques. Le Fournisseur, en sa qualité d'exploitant aérien, demeure seul juge de l'opportunité, du report ou de l'annulation du vol pour tout motif de sécurité, opérationnel ou réglementaire. Une telle décision ne confère au gagnant aucun droit à indemnisation.

Le gagnant et ses accompagnateurs doivent se conformer à l'ensemble des consignes de sécurité, exigences de masse et centrage, restrictions d'âge et conditions d'embarquement imposées par le Fournisseur, lesquelles peuvent notamment comporter une limite de masse individuelle ou totale. Le Fournisseur peut refuser l'embarquement de toute personne ne satisfaisant pas à ces exigences, sans que cela ouvre droit à compensation ni au report du prix au bénéfice d'un tiers.

Tout accompagnateur mineur doit être accompagné de son titulaire de l'autorité parentale, lequel devra fournir toute autorisation exigée par le Fournisseur.

Le prix doit être exercé au plus tard le 25 août 2027, selon la saison d'exploitation du Fournisseur. Passé ce délai, le prix est réputé décliné et s'éteint sans compensation.

Le gagnant et ses accompagnateurs pourront être tenus de signer les décharges, renonciations et documents de responsabilité exigés par le Fournisseur préalablement à l'embarquement. Le refus de signer entraîne la perte du prix.

ARTICLE 7 — TIRAGE AU SORT, QUESTION D'HABILETÉ ET DÉSIGNATION DU GAGNANT

Le tirage au sort aura lieu le 25 août 2026 ou dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivants, parmi l'ensemble des participations valides, au moyen d'un procédé de sélection aléatoire.

Le participant sélectionné devra, pour être déclaré gagnant, répondre correctement et sans aide d'aucune sorte à une question d'habileté mathématique posée par l'Organisateur au moment de la prise de contact. À défaut de réponse exacte, le participant sera disqualifié et un nouveau tirage sera effectué.

Le participant sélectionné sera avisé par message privé Instagram dans les cinq (5) jours ouvrables suivant le tirage. Il dispose d'un délai de sept (7) jours civils à compter de l'envoi de cet avis pour confirmer son acceptation du prix, répondre à la question d'habileté et fournir les renseignements nécessaires à la remise du prix.

À défaut de réponse dans ce délai, en cas de refus du prix, ou si le participant sélectionné ne satisfait pas aux conditions d'admissibilité du présent règlement, il sera réputé avoir renoncé au prix et un nouveau tirage pourra être effectué, sans que le participant initialement sélectionné puisse réclamer quoi que ce soit.

Aucune correspondance ne sera échangée relativement au tirage, hormis avec le participant sélectionné. La décision de l'Organisateur est finale et sans appel.

ARTICLE 8 — AUTORISATION D'UTILISATION DU NOM ET DE L'IMAGE

En acceptant le prix, le gagnant autorise l'Organisateur et le Fournisseur, sans contrepartie financière, à publier son prénom et son identifiant Instagram aux fins de l'annonce des résultats.

Toute captation ou diffusion de photographies ou de séquences vidéo réalisées à l'occasion du vol fera l'objet d'une autorisation distincte et expresse du gagnant et de ses accompagnateurs.

ARTICLE 9 — LIMITATION DE RESPONSABILITÉ

Dans la mesure permise par la loi, l'Organisateur décline toute responsabilité quant à l'exécution de la prestation de vol, laquelle relève exclusivement du Fournisseur en sa qualité d'exploitant aérien titulaire des autorisations requises et de ses propres assurances.

L'Organisateur ne saurait être tenu responsable des défaillances techniques, interruptions, pertes de données ou dysfonctionnements de la plateforme Instagram, ni des participations perdues, retardées, incomplètes ou non reçues pour quelque motif que ce soit.

Rien dans le présent article n'a pour effet d'exclure ou de limiter la responsabilité de quiconque en cas de faute lourde ou intentionnelle, ni dans les cas où une telle exclusion serait interdite par la loi.

ARTICLE 10 — RENSEIGNEMENTS PERSONNELS

Les renseignements personnels recueillis dans le cadre du Concours sont utilisés aux seules fins de l'administration du Concours, de l'identification du gagnant et de la remise du prix. Ils ne sont ni vendus ni communiqués à des tiers, à l'exception du Fournisseur pour les besoins strictement nécessaires à l'exercice du prix.

Ces renseignements sont conservés pour la durée nécessaire à ces fins, puis détruits. Toute personne concernée peut exercer ses droits d'accès et de rectification en écrivant à l'Organisateur à l'adresse indiquée à l'article 13.

Le fait de participer au Concours n'emporte aucune inscription à une liste de diffusion commerciale.

ARTICLE 11 — NON-AFFILIATION À INSTAGRAM

Le Concours n'est ni commandité, ni endossé, ni administré par Instagram ou Meta Platforms, Inc., et n'est aucunement associé à ces sociétés. Les participants reconnaissent fournir leurs renseignements à l'Organisateur et non à Instagram, et dégagent Instagram et Meta Platforms, Inc. de toute responsabilité liée au Concours.

ARTICLE 12 — MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION ET ANNULATION

L'Organisateur se réserve le droit de modifier, suspendre, écourter, prolonger ou annuler le Concours en tout ou en partie, notamment en cas de force majeure, de circonstances indépendantes de sa volonté ou de tout événement compromettant l'intégrité du Concours, sans que sa responsabilité puisse être engagée.

L'Organisateur se réserve également le droit de disqualifier, sans préavis, toute personne qui contrevient au présent règlement, qui tente d'en fausser le déroulement ou qui adopte un comportement contraire aux conditions d'utilisation d'Instagram.

ARTICLE 13 — DROIT APPLICABLE, LANGUE, DIFFÉRENDS ET COORDONNÉES

Le présent règlement est régi par les lois applicables dans la province de Québec et les lois du Canada qui y sont applicables. Tout différend relatif au Concours relève de la compétence exclusive des tribunaux du district judiciaire de Montréal (Québec).

Le présent règlement est publié en français et en anglais. En cas de divergence ou de contradiction entre les deux versions, la version française prévaut.

La participation au Concours emporte acceptation pleine et entière du présent règlement.

En cas de divergence entre le présent règlement et toute autre communication relative au Concours, quel qu'en soit le support, le présent règlement prévaut.

CONTEST RULES

"A Seaplane Flight with Airborne Solutions"

ARTICLE 1 — ORGANIZER

The contest "A Seaplane Flight with Airborne Solutions" (the "Contest") is organized by Airborne Solutions LLC (the "Organizer"), a company registered in the State of Delaware (United States), EIN 35-2836682.

The prize is supplied by QUÉBEC AÉRONATURE (the "Supplier"), whose head office is located at 59 Clifton Street, Otterburn Park, Quebec J3H 1W5, Canada, and whose base of operations is the Saint-Mathias Aerodrome, 600 chemin des Patriotes, Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Quebec J3L 6A2, Canada.

The Supplier is not a co-organizer of the Contest. Its sole obligation is to provide the flight described in Article 5, subject to the conditions set out in Article 6.

ARTICLE 2 — CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on August 9, 2026 at 12:01 a.m. (Eastern Time) and ends on August 25, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) (the "Contest Period").

Any entry recorded outside the Contest Period will be automatically rejected. Instagram server timestamps govern.

ARTICLE 3 — ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open to any natural person lawfully residing in Canada, aged eighteen (18) years or older at the time of entry, holding an active Instagram account in good standing under the platform's terms of use.

The following are excluded from the Contest: the officers, employees, agents, representatives and subcontractors of the Organizer and the Supplier, as well as members of their immediate family (father, mother, brother, sister, child, spouse) and any person domiciled at the same address.

The winner and their guests must be able to travel to the Supplier's base of operations in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu by their own means. No travel, accommodation or meal expenses are covered.

ARTICLE 4 — HOW TO ENTER

Entry to the Contest is free and requires no purchase.

To enter, a participant must, during the Contest Period:

a) follow the Instagram accounts @airborne__solutions;

b) post a comment under the official Contest publication tagging at least one other person by their Instagram handle.

Only one entry is retained per person, regardless of the number of comments posted. Multiple comments do not increase the chances of winning.

Sharing the publication to an Instagram story, tagging the account @airborne__solutions, grants one (1) additional entry. This additional entry is counted only if the tag is actually received by the Organizer, which requires the participant's account to be public or the tag to be otherwise visible to the Organizer. This method of entry is optional.

The following are automatically disregarded: comments tagging accounts that are manifestly non-existent, inactive, automated or created for the purposes of the Contest; entries made through multiple accounts held by the same person; and any entry obtained by automated or fraudulent means.

ARTICLE 5 — PRIZE

One (1) prize is awarded, consisting of one (1) hour of seaplane flight for three (3) persons in total (the winner and two guests), offered by QUÉBEC AÉRONATURE, departing from its base of operations in Saint-Mathias-sur-Richelieu, Quebec.

The approximate retail value of the prize is five hundred and fifty Canadian dollars (CAD $550), excluding applicable taxes.

The prize is awarded as is, without warranty of any kind. It is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, has no cash value and may not be substituted, in whole or in part, for any compensation in money or in kind.

ARTICLE 6 — CONDITIONS OF THE PRIZE

The flight is at all times subject to the Supplier's availability, its operating conditions and weather conditions. The Supplier, as air operator, remains the sole judge of whether to conduct, postpone or cancel the flight for any safety, operational or regulatory reason. Any such decision gives the winner no right to compensation.

The winner and their guests must comply with all safety instructions, weight and balance requirements, age restrictions and boarding conditions imposed by the Supplier, which may include an individual or total weight limit. The Supplier may refuse boarding to any person who does not meet these requirements, without any right to compensation or to transfer of the prize to a third party.

Any minor guest must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian, who must provide any authorization required by the Supplier.

The prize must be redeemed no later than August 25, 2027, subject to the Supplier's operating season. After this date, the prize is deemed declined and lapses without compensation.

The winner and their guests may be required to sign the waivers, releases and liability documents required by the Supplier prior to boarding. Refusal to sign results in forfeiture of the prize.

ARTICLE 7 — DRAW, SKILL-TESTING QUESTION AND SELECTION OF THE WINNER

The draw will take place on August 25, 2026, or within the five (5) business days following, among all valid entries, by means of a random selection process.

To be declared the winner, the selected participant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a mathematical skill-testing question posed by the Organizer at the time of contact. Failing a correct answer, the participant will be disqualified and a new draw will be held.

The selected participant will be notified by Instagram private message within five (5) business days following the draw. They have seven (7) calendar days from the sending of that notice to confirm acceptance of the prize, answer the skill-testing question and provide the information required to deliver the prize.

Failing a response within that period, in case of refusal of the prize, or if the selected participant does not meet the eligibility conditions of these rules, they will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and a new draw may be held, without any claim whatsoever by the initially selected participant.

No correspondence will be exchanged regarding the draw, other than with the selected participant. The Organizer's decision is final and without appeal.

ARTICLE 8 — USE OF NAME AND IMAGE

By accepting the prize, the winner authorizes the Organizer and the Supplier, without financial compensation, to publish their first name and Instagram handle for the purposes of announcing the results.

Any capture or distribution of photographs or video footage taken during the flight will be subject to a separate and express authorization from the winner and their guests.

ARTICLE 9 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, the Organizer disclaims all liability for the performance of the flight, which falls exclusively to the Supplier in its capacity as air operator holding the required authorizations and its own insurance.

The Organizer shall not be held liable for technical failures, interruptions, data loss or malfunctions of the Instagram platform, nor for entries lost, delayed, incomplete or not received for any reason whatsoever.

Nothing in this article operates to exclude or limit any person's liability for gross or intentional fault, or in any case where such exclusion would be prohibited by law.

ARTICLE 10 — PERSONAL INFORMATION

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest is used solely for the purposes of administering the Contest, identifying the winner and delivering the prize. It is neither sold nor disclosed to third parties, except to the Supplier for purposes strictly necessary to the redemption of the prize.

This information is retained for as long as necessary for those purposes and then destroyed. Any person concerned may exercise their rights of access and rectification by writing to the Organizer at the address indicated in Article 13.

Entering the Contest does not enroll the participant in any commercial mailing list.

ARTICLE 11 — NO AFFILIATION WITH INSTAGRAM

The Contest is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Participants acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Organizer and not to Instagram, and release Instagram and Meta Platforms, Inc. from any liability related to the Contest.

ARTICLE 12 — MODIFICATION, SUSPENSION AND CANCELLATION

The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, shorten, extend or cancel the Contest in whole or in part, in particular in the event of force majeure, circumstances beyond its control or any event compromising the integrity of the Contest, without incurring any liability.

The Organizer also reserves the right to disqualify, without notice, any person who breaches these rules, attempts to interfere with the conduct of the Contest, or engages in conduct contrary to Instagram's terms of use.

ARTICLE 13 — GOVERNING LAW, LANGUAGE, DISPUTES AND CONTACT

These rules are governed by the laws applicable in the Province of Quebec and the laws of Canada applicable therein. Any dispute relating to the Contest falls within the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Montreal, Quebec.

These rules are published in French and in English. In the event of any discrepancy or contradiction between the two versions, the French version prevails.

Entry into the Contest constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these rules.

In the event of any discrepancy between these rules and any other communication relating to the Contest, in any medium, these rules prevail.
